To support our continuous growth worldwide, we need detail-oriented and creative Control Room Operators to join our team.

What you would be doing:

• Ensuring the functionality of the studios and operational activities;
• Following and upholding the game standards provided by the company;
• Assisting in the process of opening and closing tables;
• Acknowledging the table calls and adressing them promptly;
• Reporting and logging incidents and mistakes and deviations from the company standarts;
• Proactive attitude in the company’s activities regarding the staff, problems handling, ultimate player’s experience;
• Collaborating and cooperating in all team related activities;
  

• Experience in the field of Gambling and Casinos will be considered an advantage;
• Solid communicational and presentational skills;
• Good verbal and written command of English and Bulgarian;
• Basic computer skills;
