Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at ARRISE, you'll drive innovation and elevate user experiences across our award-winning iGaming products. In this dynamic role, you'll conceptualize game flows, build prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define our product strategy, continuously raising the bar on creativity and usability.

What you will do:
• Own the full UI/UX design process, from conceptualizing game flows to preparing source files
• Standardize styles, components, and variables for seamless scalability across products
• Generate creative solutions through brainstorming sessions and drive UI/UX improvements
• Present design concepts to teams and stakeholders, defining product/UX strategy
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional experts to deliver best-in-class user experiences
Qualifications and requirements:
Required:
• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in iGaming
• Expertise in design systems, libraries, and prototyping tools like Figma
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for creating exceptional, user-centric designs
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, agile methodologies, and animation tools
• Experience working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
