Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders;
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop detailed project plans and timelines;
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate project status and issues to stakeholders;
• Ensure that programs are aligned with company strategy and goals, and that they meet regulatory requirements in the gambling industry;
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools, and ensure that they are being used effectively by project teams;
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the gambling industry;
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and programs;
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
