HR is undergoing an evolution as the business is scaling at speed. The team is developing to enable the delivery of the business Vision ‘to be the world's favorite developer'.
As part of this evolution, we are now looking for a HRBP in Bulgaria playing a key role enabling the operation to achieve its goals and ambitions. They will work very closely with the leadership and wider operations team. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the business continually to upskill is people management and leadership capabilities to drive engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manages a regular interaction with people and managers to ensure understanding of business and people needs;
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, performance improvement, disciplinary actions);
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Creates and analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group and supports the local HR Director to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
- Resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with HR Operations as needed/required;
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Identifies training needs for business units and assists in finding the best learning solution according to the business practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Meaningful experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-growing dynamic environment;
- Experience in the gambling, retail or BPO sector;
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including but not limited to compensation practices, employee relations, talent management, and employment law. Experience in learning and development would be considered a strong advantage;
- Readiness to work in a start-up environment and proactively contribute to creating a trusted working place with good people practices;
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and suggest solutions depending on observed and analyzed trends.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
