To support our continuous growth worldwide, we need a highly motivated and disciplined Security Guard to join our team.
What you would be doing:
- Monitors all employees' compliance with access controls and identifies them by facial and other identifying features;
- Monitors inbound and outbound vehicle traffic according to internal traffic regulations;
- Monitors the outside perimeter and interior environment of the facility for unusual situations that may threaten the security or safety of the building;
- Assists and courteously serves employees and visitors by actively assisting in problem resolution;
- In the event of an emergency, acts according to established evacuation/fire or other emergency instructions;
- When necessary, checks bags and carry-on luggage of employees and visitors to ensure no unauthorized items are brought into/out of the building;
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Head of Security
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Excellent coordination and dexterity;
- Attention to detail, self-discipline and energetic;
- Ability to work shifts;
- High School Diploma;
- Basic computer skills;
- Fluency in English will be considered an asset;
- Proven experience in the use and management of security systems;
