This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Manage life-cycle of contract from requests from Business Development for new contracts, to variations/amendments;
- Ensure the correct information is included in the contracts and the correct format/template is used and any options on Standard Issues are correctly selected;
- Aid legal counsel in deploying know-how and information to different stakeholders within the company;
- Manage, aid implementation of and monitor the use of contract execution system and storage, and any developments we make to it (using technology and/or processes);
- Act as liaison and chase any missing information, responses, input, decisions required from BD or Operational team;
- Seek legal advice when required on a Non-standard issue or Fall-Back position;
- Monitor the process end to end to ensure there are no avoidable delays between Business Development request and the executed contract, on approved terms;
- Legal Research and staying abreast with regulatory updates;
- Support MLRO with KYC check processes for Account Managers;
- Other responsibilities as may be required and determined by the Senior Counsel from time to time.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, law, or related field;
- Any experience in a similar role is considered a plus;
- Experience with government contracting a plus;
- Working knowledge of federal contracting regulations;
- Ability to interpret and explain complex legal documents;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software programs;
- Active certification as a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts
Manager (CCCM) would be a plus.
