The role:

Content Manager to be a key player in an exciting new project. If you're fuelled by creativity,

As a Content Manager reporting directly to the Product Owner, you'll wield your creative wand
to enchant audiences with captivating content that paints vivid portraits of Pragmatic Play’s
games and hero characters. Whether it's through the written word, visually stunning creations,
or multimedia magic, your craft will be the cornerstone of the brand's story.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the initiation and planning of an imaginative project that showcases games and hero characters. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and key results. Ensuring that deliverables are achieved on schedule and that potential bottlenecks are proactively addressed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Assume responsibility for the successful launch of an engaging website, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and content creators. Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure a seamless launch.
- Ongoing Development: Oversee the continuous development and enhancement of the project, driving the expansion of website content, interactive features, and engagement initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Develop a holistic vision for the project, drawing inspiration from pop culture, mainstream gaming, and prominent brands outside of the iGaming industry to infuse creativity and innovation into every aspect.
- Fandom Expertise: Leverage your passion for comics, graphic novels, and fandom culture to deeply understand fan desires and expectations. Strategically implement this knowledge to curate content that resonates with our audience.
- Brand-Fan Alignment: Establish a strong connection between the Pragmatic Play brand and the audience's desires by integrating fan-centric elements into the project. Understand fan behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns to optimise the project's impact.
- Analytical Insight: Utilise data and analytics to monitor project performance, gather insights, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage direct reports, including creatives and content writers, fostering a collaborative environment that harnesses each individual's strengths and expertise.
- Creative Visionary: A demonstrated passion for pop culture, mainstream gaming, and an understanding of fan dynamics, comics, and graphic novels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams,bridging creative and technical aspects to achieve common goals.
- Strategic Thinker: Capacity to think strategically and translate creative ideas into actionable plans that align with business objectives.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project vision, progress, and results to stakeholders.
- Brand-Fan and Fandom Knowledge: Familiarity with fandom culture and an understanding of what resonates with fans, translating that understanding into impactful insights, assets and results.
- 5+ years of experience in a content management role;
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Game Design;
- Relevant industry background in a creative role, such as a design agency or gaming;
- Experience with website launches, content creation, and digital engagement;
