This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Check incidents reported by studios and verifies that they are resolved correctly;
  • Perform analysis of all roulette wheels, identifying wheels with deviations outside accepted standards;
  • Prepare assistance report for possible disciplinary action and/or promotion/evaluation;
  • Operate security devices, systems and monitor devices;
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of video monitor console equipment and camera locations;
  • Follow established procedures and immediately notify direct manager or appropriate departments upon detection of suspicious activities or irregularities;
  • Create detailed and accurate reports, as well as maintain daily logs of activities observed and/or reported;
  • Execute physical inspection of the premises and report violations/incidents;
  • Conduct various types of testing on online gaming surveillance software tools and platforms using appropriate testing methods and tools;
  • Identify and report any bugs, errors or defects in the online gaming surveillance systems;
  • Verify and validate the functionality and performance of the online gaming surveillance systems using test cases and scenarios;
  • Collaborate with other QA online surveillance officers and developers to ensure the quality and reliability of the online gaming surveillance systems;
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online gaming surveillance systems;
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all testing and surveillances activities and results.

Requirements:
 

  • Two years of experience as Senior Surveillance Operator in the iGaming industry/Live products;
  • Ability to work hours to suit the business needs - 8-hour shifts, including weekends;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 service suite;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language;
  • Another language is a plus.
