Senior HR Administrator

ARRISE’S powering Pragmatic Play is a leading game developer providing player-favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry. We require a Payroll Administrator Lead to help our continually growing Company, working together with the Global HR Team, bolster company culture, and ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, and company policies.
The role
We are seeking a hardworking, caring and ambitious senior administrator to support our growing Human Resources department. The successful candidate needs to be able to process from input to reconciliation with minimal supervision. This includes coordinating inputs, reconciliation, troubleshooting and being the first line of contact for queries from the business and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Working with line/HR Managers in handling absences cases, including providing appropriate support and timely submission of any occupational health referral or H&S forms as applicable
- Providing assistance and advice with regard to the day to day application of HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring HR records are kept up-to-date. Liaising with line managers to ensure effective management and reporting of short and long term sickness
- Providing day to day benefits information and advice as required. Being aware of the terms and conditions applicable to the various roles within the firm, and ensuring that the appropriate benefits are in place for staff in a timely manner
- Dealing with all maternity or shared parental leavers, returners and others to include handling working flexibly applications in conjunction with the line/HR Manager
- Liaising with recruiting line/HR managers to establish a business case and authorisation of vacancies before commencing with appropriate sourcing and attraction methodologies. Supporting the selection process as needed through to offer stage
- Supporting leavers from point of resignation to leaving date. Conducting exit interviews as required
- Work closely with the HRBPs to ensure alignment and support in every BU
- Work with Global HR Team to drive and implement different employee engagements strategies to help creating a positive and engaging working environment for our employees.
- You will perform such other duties, functions and services as may from time to time be determined by your Line manager or a member of the senior management team.
- Have experience working with third-party providers in multiple territories
- Excellent communication and analytical skills and able to deliver
- Highly organised and able to prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong capabilities within different Microsoft packages
- Confidentiality and discretion as must
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong administrative background and a proven ability to manage a diverse workload. Polite and approachable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals and be able to integrate into a small staff team and able to work on a stand-alone.
You will have good judgement and an ability to think laterally, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture. You will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, but also able to work well as part of a team.
