Responsibilities:
- Provides first line day to day responses to employees on any employment queries, requests and procedures while escalating more complex issues to the Snr. HR Specialist or HR Manager;
- Conducts monthly payroll & bonuses reviews, statistics and reports;
- Performs regular audits in close collaboration with the HR Manager to all Personnel Policies and Files, Personnel Action Forms and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
- Maintains contact with external agencies, health & safety providers, payroll providers, consultants and legal advisors as required;
- Supports HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrable up to date knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and payroll processes;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Solid experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and process quickly.
