This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.


Responsibilities:

  • Working to support our team of 26 Account Managers (AMs), assisting with smooth running of operations;
  • Be actively involved with the sales process alongside the AMs;
  • Updating allocation and assignments of Account Managers daily;
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and follow execution of action plan according to timeline;
  • Maintaining Account Management forms and files, and updating when necessary;
  • Tracking and managing action plan list;
  • Monitoring of all sales reports and providing updates to Director of AM.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments on behalf of the Director of AM. 
  • Support travel arrangements of AM team;
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
  • Assisting with the roll-out of new processes and procedures within the AM team where necessary;
  • Manage absences of AM team and coordinating holiday leave of AM team;
  • Collect and unite information required for AM team.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • Ability to get things done under pressure;
  • With initiative & responsible (respects deadlines/agreements etc.);
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills;
  • Good delegator and coach with fantastic team spirit;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability;
  • Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
  • Impeccable time keeping;
  • Experience in similar position would be considered as advantage.
