Responsibilities
- Assist the promotions team in the day-to-day tasks to achieve planning/scheduling campaign targets and ensure the promotional calendar is up to date;
- Work with relevant teams across the business, such as Account Management, Developers, BI, Compliance, etc. to ensure the effective delivery, signing off and implementation of promotion briefs to achieve the objectives;
- Ensure relevant teams across the business has all the technical information needed about the tools used;
- Create promo briefs, coordinate network and bespoke promotions across departments, planning and assisting in solving issues and requests regarding the aforementioned promotions;
- Create internal/external promo in internal tool and provide Back Office support to Account Management teams;
- Manage and monitor the promotion display to ensure promotions and offers are displaying on site, both desktop and mobile;
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent, compliant and follows the brand and best practice guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and focused individual with a positive attitude who is passionate about iGaming;
- Great planning and organizational skills;
- A strong eye for details and accuracy;
- Enthusiastic team player and multitasker;
- Strength to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage good cross-communication with departments (legal department, account managers, product, marketing);
- Outstanding English;
- Industry-related experience is not mandatory but represents a plus.
