The Role:

In this role, you will be empowered to take a hands-on approach to onboarding of the summer intern program by enabling best practices, streamlining processes and supporting operations. You will help to design and implement an intern to graduate hire program and structure a post hire learning experience as graduates transition to full time employees. 

While working with the C&A team you will leverage skills around project management, communications, event management and community building. In addition, the intern will contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives including our growing community outreach program, Logitech Cares.

Your Contribution:

  • Lead candidate experience initiatives for intern candidates 

  • Maintain candidate dashboards for hiring managers and Leadership awareness

  • Coordinate on and off-campus intern events such as lunch and learns with executives, community volunteering events and intern project presentations.

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on intern project presentations

  • Evolve and drive the project readout process (end of internship presentations) 

  • Create and manage program communications across intranet, email, social media

  • Provide general logistics and departmental support for Intern Program

  • Create and execute a new diversity initiative for Early in Career interns transitioning to full time employment 

  • Partner and brainstorm with global LogiCares team ambassadors to create updated program guidelines

  • Partner with global Community & Advocacy team to implement process improvements and increase program engagement

  • Must be able to maintain confidential information

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Demonstrated skill in project management

  • Proficiency and presence in social media

Education:

Must be currently enrolled Junior or Senior OR recently completed a full-time, academic program at an accredited college or university. Preference for degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Humanities, or a closely related field.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 24.00 - $ 33.00 commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled. Logitech offers interns benefits of Paid Holidays, and access to Employee Product Discounts.
