The Team and Role:
The Program Data Analyst is responsible for suppliers’ SER (Social Environment & Responsibility) audits tracker, finding analysis, CA(corrective action) status and supporting the capability training program.
The Sustainability Audit Team at Logitech is responsible for assessing in-house and supplier conformance with requirements of labor, ethics, environment, health & safety as outlined by local legislation, the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Logitech SER Principles of Conduct. Developing and maintaining overall plans for the audits including audit schedule, audit plan and prioritize the work plan
Analysis audit non-conformances and track progress to ensure on time execution
Identification, prioritization and roadmapping the suppliers’ SER performance data
Identifying new opportunities for capability building refreshing / enhancement training programs from the audit non-conformances data
Maintaining the evaluation of the suppliers’ SER management team’s capability
Collaborating with Sustainability audit data, developing a dashboard to provide visibility on audits, CAP progress and supplier team’s SER capability building
Coordinate and implement SER projects in relation to employee engagement and empowerment, labor and EHS management system implementation, stakeholder management
Produce regular status, progress, performance and ad hoc reports as needed and prepare reports and presentations for use at Internal SER dashboard reports
Comply with Logitech policies with regard to anti-trust, conflicts of interest, and confidentiality
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Four-year university degree
Project management work experience, at least 2 years
Excellent writing and oral l communication skills in English and Chinese.
Excellent oral communication skills; capable to addressing high executive audiences conduct conferences in front of multiple people
Interest in international labor standards, human rights & environmental issues
Candidates should possess an ability to work within tight deadlines
The successful candidates will possess;
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in data analysis
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
High standard of ethical behavior, in particular as it relates to dealing with sensitive information and confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with working conditions and an ability to interpret national and local Labor law in China and different countries (preferred)
Knowledge of best practice in the areas of labor, ethics, environment and health & safety would be an asset (preferred)
Audit experience in RBA VAP, SA8000, ISO 9000, OHSAS18000 or ISO 14000/14064 or similar (preferably lead auditor qualification) is a distinct advantage.
Strong technical and scientific background in either mechanical, chemical, electronic, or garment industry or Health and Safety related qualifications would be of benefit in the role.

Travel:
Frequency 30% of work time annually, China & other global regions
