The Team and Role:
The Senior Manager will lead a team of Customer Account Managers who are responsible for B2B/Distribution Account Replenishment and Supply chain operations for our B2B/distribution direct accounts in North America.
You will report to the Director of NAM Operations and will be instrumental in shaping the future of B2B channel operations engagement, fulfillment and establishing best in class service level for channel partners. Your team is customer facing and partnering with the commercial organization to enable growth and scalability with world-class supply chain solutions.

Manage strategic supply chain partnerships with the company’s key B2B/Distribution customers and supply chain leadership teams.
Responsible for working with key functions to implement supply chain practices and policies for customers.
Lead customer collaboration activities to strengthen the working relationship with key partners (internal, external).
Track, report and improve key supply chain KPIs for customers and internally and implement process improvement strategies when KPIs are not met.
Coach and lead the team to achieve business goals.
Ensure continuous in-time and in-full NPI launches to support business growth.
Be a change agent and evangelize smart way of working and faster adoption to new operational capabilities
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Significant prior work experience in B2B/Distribution customer supply chain with experience in leadership roles (manage managers)
An enthusiastic leader with the drive to create best in class teams, processes and tools.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate these into solutions.
Demonstrate decision-making ability in spite of uncertain or incomplete information.
Multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Proven track record in collaboration and cross functional team management
CIP mindset with a focus on improving customer service.
Good communications skills and ability to exercise good judgment.
Frequent travel to customers, partners and sales offices required
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline from a recognised premier college/ university
Experience in IT /technology / consumer electronics industry is preferred
Prefer based in commute proximity to San Jose, Ca office, however can be flexible for the right candidate

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 143,200 - $ 223,800
depending on location and experience.
In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
