The Role:

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Head of B2B Sales is fully responsible for driving the growth and success of Logitech’s B2B business. This includes defining the optimum strategy, setting priorities, and developing actionable plans to seize growth opportunities across key business areas.

  • Develop and Execute B2B Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy that drives continued growth and acceleration across Video Collaboration (VC), personal workspace, and education solutions.

  • Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Lead, manage, and develop the enterprise direct engagement salesforce and B2B channel sales teams, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.

  • Foster Strategic Relationships: Develop and deepen relationships with large enterprises, educational institutions, government bodies, and channel partners, including distributors, VARs, system integrators, and other key B2B experts.

  • Enhance Alliance Partnerships: Build and grow strategic partnerships at both the executive and local seller levels with key VC platform providers like Microsoft, Zoom, and Google, as well as local partners. This includes driving joint sales efforts, co-marketing initiatives, and exploring opportunities to increase attach rates and brand preference for Logitech.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure the B2B strategy aligns with overall company goals and leverages global resources effectively.

  • Financial Management: Oversee week/month/quarter forecasts to develop revenue predictability, improve end-to-end inventory management, and ensure financial targets are met. Demonstrate basic financial acumen to make informed business decisions.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Independently structure and manage workflows and priorities, ensuring operational excellence and the achievement of key business objectives.

Key Qualifications: We’re looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with cross-functional teams at the regional and global levels. The ideal candidate should be a positive and enthusiastic leader with the following qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: 15+ years of work experience in sales & marketing within the IT industry, with a strong background in B2B sales & marketing. Experience in channel sales and enterprise direct engagement is a plus.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven senior management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate sales teams.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Financial Acumen: Basic financial skills, including the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet business targets.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams, ensuring alignment with broader company strategies.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Education:

  • University Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
