The Team and Role:

The Engineering department of MSP (Mobile solution and partnership ) is mainly focused to develop the product which could bring people good user experience for Mobile solutions. Besides, we also cooperate with other Brand companies to develop products as well. 

The Launch Project Manager is responsible to manage the development from concepts to mass production and mainly focuses on Package and SKU development. This role will also support sustaining, cost improvement projects, and refresh programs.

  • Collaborate with multi-function (internal/ external) and project team to develop & launch product packages into manufacture. 

  • Ensuring deliverables, schedule & quality meet the project objectives which are defined in Project Plan.

  • Leading, staffing a project team, managing and coordinating the new product package development from design, qualification till MP readiness

  • Managing product package BOM, and key documentation deliverables readiness.

  • Project Risk be early identified, fully evaluated and mitigation plan in place,also require to tracking

  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts within project development

  • Escalation of resource conflicts and unresolved issues to functional managers

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Good knowledge of Project Management Standard & Methodology from project concepts stage to development & commercialization. 

  • Strong logic thinking to resolve project issues

  • Good understanding of working with functional teams in the Global Environment.

  • Good understanding of Bills of Material/ Bills of Documents, as well as skills of Change management.

  • Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent English Communication Skills in a global company is a plus.
  • Bachelor or master degree in Engineering.
  • Has above 2 ~5 years of project management experience.
  • Effective use of Google/ MS Office applications (Spreadsheet, Word, Presentations. Projects) and Cloud based applications
  • Aggressive attitude to deal with the key stakeholders for the solution to meet business success
  • Willing to travel (~25%).
