The Role:

The Global & NAM Strategic Programs Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the growth of Logitech for Business revenue through our partner ecosystem. Primary responsibilities include execution of the Logitech’s for Business Channel program strategy for the Partner Ecosystem keeping in mind the dynamic of channel partner role evolution as well as the development of unique programs for our strategic global partners that do business across multiple regions. . You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the channel program and operations as well as supporting the North American regions’ execution of nuanced global partner programs to meet the regional needs. The Global & NAM Strategic Programs  Manager reports to the Global Head of Channel, Logitech for Business and works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, channel ops, and legal to integrate channel programs throughout the business. In addition to the partner programs, you will manage the incentive stack, recruitment, onboarding, and partner success programs, specializations and enablement tracks to support the growth of the business.

  • Responsible for the execution of partner programs to support Logitech for Business Channel working in collaboration with the cross-Channel Sales and channel marketing teams

  • Develop Partner Program collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance overall partner experience and communication to partners in North America and for strategic partners selling cross region

  • Improve content for NAM Partners and experience on the partner portal by working with channel marketing & Channel Ops to provide transparency and drive the business through KPIs

  • Provide management of the NAM Partner Portal to create an engaging platform for partner journey to interact with Logitech (deal registration, opportunity tracking co-marketing and transparency in Incentive management)

  • Design Channel Enablement workflow and including partner recruitment and onboarding. Work closely with Channel Marketing, Services, Customer & Sales enablement on partner enablement tools/training and implement as part of overall program

  • Work with Regional Channel teams to roll out, deliver and manage channel programs and governance of the program for programs specific to global partners 

  • Manage and provide administration of North American partner agreements/partner contracting working in coordination with legal

  • Document policies and processes to support all aspects of the program and enable execution.

  • Communicate channel programs, strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business and ensure that Channel Sales team is educated on all programs

  • Implement Partner Program communication tracks including Voice of the partner engagement of Partner Advisory Boards and Partner Sat surveys.

  • Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process with the sales team.

  • Be the main point of contact for the Global Channel team and for the regional channel sales leaders

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 10 years experience in a channel sale or channel marketing leadership role

  • Experience in running Partner Programs, Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing and/or Channel Development in an IT Technology company 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Problem solver and self-motivated

  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills required

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally

  • Ability to engage with channel partner executives to influence loyalty and engagement

  • Works extremely well as a member of a team, but also excels as an individual contributor

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 130000 and $ 180000, depending on location and experience.

 

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
