Are you a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist ready to shape the online presence of one of the leading iGaming brands? LeoVegas Group is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our international team and play a pivotal role in crafting consistent, engaging, and meaningful content across various social media platforms.   
As a Social Media Specialist at LeoVegas Group, you play a pivotal role in our social media strategy and market plan. Your mission will be to transform social interactions into tangible business value. You will focus on driving brand awareness, growing the community, and increasing engagement through compelling content across our social media channels.   
As our Social Media Specialist you will:    
  • Manage all assigned group social media profiles and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities may expand to other pages/channels in the future.
  •     Actively seek market knowledge, trends, compliance updates and industry news and events.
  •     Develop and execute localized social media strategies where needed. Maintain consistent communication with the Country Teams to ensure strategy alignment, content localization, and campaign management.
  •     Craft captivating and visually appealing social media content, working closely with the creative teams, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  •     Deeply understand our brands’ identity and target audience.
  •     Work closely with the Social Media teams to identify opportunities to strengthen content strategies and creative concepts through brainstorming sessions, ensuring alignment with the brands’ guidelines. Work together to identify opportunities for growth across markets and social media channels.
  •     Manage and build our community by monitoring and addressing messages, @mentions and comments in a timely manner and actively seeking opportunities to expand our community reach.
  •     Manage external parties (including agencies, influencers, and streamers) who handle group social media content where applicable.
  •     Ensure all content produced is trackable, of a high standard, and meets compliance requirements. 
  •     Collaborate with wider internal teams (Digital Media, SEO, Affiliate, Operations, CRM, Sports, Casino & Live Casino) to ensure cross-departmental alignment and consistency in messaging across channels. 
  •     Monitor KPIs, analyse content metrics, and report performance to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare presentations and share results, learnings, and plans accordingly 
  • Assist with/take ownership of projects, giveaways, and paid campaigns across the team.
Your areas of knowledge and experience include:   
To excel in this role, a solid grasp of social media marketing principles and experience with relevant tools are essential for executing successful campaigns.    
  •     A proven track record and 3+ years of professional experience on social media
  •     Experience with social media management tools
  •     Native English language skills
  •     Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  •     Strong creativity – a constant source of ideas and inspiration
  •     Adaptable to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and industry changes. 
  •     Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  •     Highly proactive and well-organized, with good time and project management skills

Nice to have 

  •     Experience working with the Canadian Market
  •     Experience in the gambling or affiliate marketing industries
  •     Experience using Google Analytics, Listening tools and/or similar
  •     Knowledge of the Sports & Betting world 
  •     Copywriting & basic image editing skills
