In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Director and leadership team on strategic projects. Key duties include managing and creating regular and ad hoc performance reports, identifying key metrics, and providing insights to improve CRM strategies.
You will also gather and analyze data, lead specific CRM initiatives, ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards, and develop presentations for management. Additionally, you will handle project inquiries, manage stakeholder engagement, use project management tools, and enhance departmental visibility.
This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about data-driven decisions and teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Director and CRM leadership team to strategize and execute selected projects, demonstrating excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple work streams and full understanding of execution requirements within the rojects.
  • Work with CRM in identifying, gathering and interpretation of data in the path of becoming a more data driven department, providing insights to strengthen strategic decision-making.
  • Encourage stakeholder engagement and collaboration, ensuring input is solicited and integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and generate weekly, monthly and adhoc performance reports, for providers or internally, identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Lead selected CRM-focused initiatives, defining project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines, monitoring project timelines, and quality outcomes with a strong attention to detail.
  • Develop sophisticated frameworks and presentations for management meetings, showcasing strategic insights and progress updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments for selected projects within the CRM department, proactively managing potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Utilise project management tools and systems to monitor and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for selected project-related inquiries, providing regular status updates and facilitating information sharing.
  • Take ownership of selected project implementation, overseeing reporting and documentation processes as necessary.
  • Support the department's visibility within the company, identifying opportunities for promotion and actively contributing to organisational initiatives.
  • Address project challenges promptly, proposing innovative solutions and facilitating decision-making processes to ensure project continuity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation materials, facilitating meetings and workshops as needed.

  • Shows a proven track record in Project Management
  • Possesses previous experience in data analysis
  • Displays excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exhibits risk management proficiency to ensure projects remain on schedule, are completed on time, and avoid overruns
  • Demonstrates the ability to coordinate multiple work streams across company-wide initiatives
  • Has a good knowledge of general project management tools such as Canva, Miro, etc.
  • Previous experience or Familiarity with iGaming is a plus
