As part of our close-knit team, you'll play a crucial role in managing access to the diverse array of applications and systems utilized across our organization. From facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to conducting periodic access reviews, you'll ensure that our company remains at the forefront of efficiency and security.   • Provisions, maintains, reviews and removes access / privileges for users.
  • Ensure that requests are in-line with SLAs and updated efficiently and effectively.
  • Works with other departments, providing necessary support for user access issues.
  • Responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to the knowledge base, support processes & tools and keep it up to date.
  • Learn about our Systems in order to be able to provide support to our users.
  • Carrying out basic investigation, gathering of information and troubleshooting.
  • Keeping users updated on the status of their support issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements should contain:
  • Familiar with Linux and MySQL Systems
  • Familiar with Virtual and Cloud Environments
  • Familiar with IAM Systems
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow process and procedures
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Quick learner and willing to improve own skills continuously and adapt to change in a fast-moving atmosphere
