Senior Test Automation Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic Gaming Team, comprising 20 people - talented developers and QA experts dedicated to developing and maintaining our cutting-edge Gaming Engine. We're seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead our QA processes and work closely with three other QAs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to establish and drive the QA strategy and framework, ensuring seamless integration testing across our gaming platform.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Developing and implementing a robust testing strategy utilising BDD frameworks.
● Setting up and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Java frameworks.
● Leading and mentoring a team of QA professionals to ensure effective testing processes.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integrations and optimise gaming platform performance.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● Proven experience with BDD framework implementation.
● Previous experience creating a testing strategy in a team environment using Java frameworks.
● Highly motivated and driven to implement, build, and deliver solutions from scratch
● Thrives in environments of freedom and autonomy
● Proven ability to excel without set guidelines, consistently meeting objectives
NICE TO HAVES
● Experience leading other teams.
● Experience in coaching and onboarding more junior team members.
