Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a CRM Team Leader - Sports  to join our high performing team     

As our CRM Team Leader - Sports you will…..     

  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, mentoring and guiding a high-performing CRM team to exceed objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Focus on fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.  
  • Possess a good understanding of data systems and analytical tools to translate complex data into actionable CRM insights and strategies. Utilize data visualization and reporting techniques to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Utilize your deep sports knowledge and work in close collaboration with the cross-sell team to ensure a seamless and optimum implementation of global CRM initiatives, to continuously grow the organization’s cross brand and vertical performance.  
  • Enable effective budget management and allocation, forecasting campaign metrics like engagement, cost, ROI, and other key performance indicators for precise evaluation and optimization of campaigns.  
  • Employ a rigorous approach to campaign and customer journey analysis, focusing on continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Aim to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.  
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments, promoting shared objectives and innovation. Continuously update the team's knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices to maintain a competitive edge. 

Your areas of knowledge and experience:     

  • Demonstrate a passion for sports and a deep understanding of CRM methods and factors that motivate sports bettors.  
  • Previous experience of Kambi and its promotional capabilities is considered to be an advantage
