Affiliate Marketing Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator provides training to new starters and colleagues, is responsible for a group of markets/ brands (works closely with country marketing teams to ensure consistent marketing across all channels), requests and maintains marketing material available for affiliates, informs affiliates re market changes across all communication channels, acts as a contact point for internal requests, identifies opportunities for improvements and projects, and assists Senior/ Marketing Operations Manager with large projects.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Submit affiliate team’s requests with the Production departments for all brands.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create effective and engaging B2B content, across all markets, in all languages.
- Ensure all content is produced to the highest professional standards and meets all compliance requirements.
- Publish news articles on the LeoVegas Affiliates website and send out newsletters to affiliate partners, whilst also analysing email performance.
- Ensure that the marketing material used by affiliates is aligned with all other marketing channels for all brands
- Set- up and update all landing pages used by affiliates using our CMS and work closely with other departments to optimize performance.
- Ensure that our affiliate platform is updated with the most recent marketing material for all brands and markets.
- Update social media pages of LeoVegas Affiliates and maintain inbox
- Assist with the optimisation and enhancement of Marketing Affiliate Operations processes
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Native and/ or fluent in English.
- The ability to manage several projects simultaneously, whilst being highly organized.
- Experience with using a CMS and marketing automation platform is beneficial
- A data-driven team player, capable of working upon their own initiative with superb attention to detail
- Ideally with previous experience within the iGaming industry or working closely with a marketing/ creative department.
