Senior Engineering Manager
Description
As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead our organisation's strategic direction and implementation of cloud technologies. Your role will be pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives. You'll spearhead initiatives to enhance performance, and ensure reliability across our cloud platforms.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline processes. As a visionary leader, you'll empower your team to deliver excellence in cloud services and enable business growth.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading the strategic direction and implementation of cloud technologies
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions
- Enhancing performance and ensure reliability across cloud platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline processes
- Overseeing cloud operations
- Guiding the adoption of emerging technologies to improve cloud infrastructure
- Empowering team members to deliver excellence in cloud services
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
