JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title: Process Improvement Analyst
Department: Finance & Accounting
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: CFO
 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping and documenting all JBS Carriers operational procedures.
  • Present and confirm accuracy of all documented processes with internal business partners.
  • Identify and mitigate business risk and process exposure.
  • Assist to coordinate best practice implementation and process improvements.
  • Maintain regular updates to flowcharts, process maps, and descriptions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced competency in process mapping and flowchart creation.
  • Strong proficiency in professional communication and customer service.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft-based software. Specifically, Excel Word and Visio.
  • Able to master new software systems in an efficient manner.
  • Possess a strong disposition. Able to work at a high-level and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
  • Previous Auditing experience, preferred.
     

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.

 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Base salary range of $55,000.00 annually and
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
