We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our website content, ensuring all product listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards. This role supports our merchandising strategies and plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall online customer experience.
 
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Content Management: Input and update product information, images, and descriptions on the website using our content management system (CMS).
    • Campaign Updates: Manage content updates for promotions, new product launches, and seasonal changes.
    • Merchandising Execution: Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, increase sales, and improve customer engagement.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all website content.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
    • Website Monitoring: Regularly audit the website for content errors, broken links, and outdated information, rectifying issues promptly.
    • SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing product content for search engines in coordination with the marketing team.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the eCommerce Experience Manager to enhance the online shopping journey.
    • Best Practices: Stay updated on eCommerce content management best practices and industry trends.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce content management or a similar role.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Contentful,CommerceTools, Shopify).
      • Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
      • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
      • Creative thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
