Production Clerk Specialist  
  • Work closely with operations and Accounting on a daily basis to recon and resolve any open gaps, task and/or projects  
  • Reviewing and completing External Short Weights 
  • Completing daily weekly tasks including but not limited to  
  • AIMS Report 
  • Dry Yield  
  • Downtime  
  • Scrape Test reconciliation  
  • Shipping recon between Plant Floor and SAP  
  • Reviewing 303/305 for the complex  ( PKG, ING, MRO ) 
  • Reconciling and Resolving any open Cash sales  
  • MRO Cycle Count Tracker ( Weekly )  
  • Help with Ingredient Variances and assist in execution of projects 
  • Perform and resolve weekly variances 
  • Perform Daily Audit  
  • Inventory’s ( PKG, ING, MRO, MEAT ) 
  • Count Checks ( Dates, Signatures, ensure there is no white out )  
  • Paperwork  
  • Audit Label Weights randomly on production floor  
  
  • Train in Other positions to be able to help when needed and be the backup when needed  
  • Warehouse 
  • Sales/Production Planning   
  • Open PO’s ( Procurement )  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; Associates Degree preferred.
