Refrigeration Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Prioritize work orders and schedule refrigeration technicians according to urgency and necessity of orders.
• Monitor all refrigeration and steam/boiler areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
• Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.
• Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, and plumbing.
• Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic equipment.
• Complete required paperwork, such as payroll.
• Attend meetings as scheduled or called.
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical or related training preferred
• Considerable knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and practices used in the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
• Considerable knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills
• Experience and knowledge in APSM
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation 
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
