Senior Associate Marketing Manager
 
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Sr. Associate Marketing Brand Manager will help execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective execution, designing promotional campaigns, managing trade events and exhibitions, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials for sales, distributors and retailers. Will work closely with sales and category teams to drive product visibility, build brand awareness and sales through all distribution partners, instore and online. This position will report to our corporate office in Greeley, CO.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate directly with customer shopper marketing teams and lead end-to-end shopper marketing strategy and execution for key customers and platforms.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Category Management to align products, priorities, promotional support and to ensure materials are aligned with customer needs and selling strategies.
  • Direct internal teams and agencies on content development requirements, including creative briefs for imagery and copy.
  • Analyze monthly campaign performance reports, generate insights, and adjust tactics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate directly with budgets, forecast, and spend tracking to ensure alignment with A&P budgets, including monthly reporting, invoice approvals, and PO management.
  • Own full trade show management for major and minor events/customer conferences (booth selection, artwork updates, culinary on-site tastings, menu approvals, logistics and shipping - sample (display and tasting), equipment rentals, labor management, booth setup and teardown, insurance submissions, required documentation and badge management).
  • Participating in short-term and long-term brand strategy and annual plans.
  • Support development and execution of Foodservice brand strategy across platforms and customers.
  • Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives to drive growth and portfolio optimization.
  • Develop and support sales tools and materials, including PDPs, sell sheets, flyers, catalogs, and other trade assets.
  • Lead product syndication efforts by partnering with internal and stakeholders, reviewing and approving SAP IPS tickets related to marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare decks and actively participate in recurring marketing meetings.
  • Oversee website maintenance initiatives to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment, supporting website development projects in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Manages communication agencies from brief to execution and lead execution support for key campaigns, including CFAC 2.0 and K–12 deliverables.
  • Tracks performance and KPI’s, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Partners with Insights to lead consumer research on consumer targeting, marketing, product optimization, product development and brand-building initiatives.
  • Cultivates knowledge of Distributors, Commercial, Operators and non-commercial channels
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Required.
  • 2 or more years of consumer marketing experience with a CPG company - food service, preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, accuracy, and attention to details.
  • Experience working with syndicated data and guiding others in how to utilize it to develop fact-based presentations.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $80,000-$100,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
