Job Title: Maintenance Planning Supervisor
Location: Manteca, CA
Reports to: Plant Engineer Type of position: Full time, Salaried
Role:
The role of the Maintenance Planning Supervisor is to improve workforce productivity and work quality within the Maintenance Department by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule work orders.
· Implement and update PM’s.
· Assure parts are available for work scheduled.
· Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.
· Complete required paperwork.
· Attend meetings as scheduled.
· Full Supervisory Responsibilities as dictated due to departmental needs.

· Work 40+ hours per week in all areas of the plant.
· Be able to communicate verbally and in written form in English
· Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and practices used in the building, mechanical and electrical.
· Previous mechanical and related experience required.
· Considerable knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
