RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the cold scale
• Keep track and records log changes
• Keep track of different codes for cattle
• Keep track of the carcass rail weights
• Communicate issues with supervisor
• Other Duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent meat cutting and knife skills required
• Ability to perform multiple fabrication jobs preferred
• Must meet acceptable attendance and behavioral guidelines (2 points or less preferred for internal applicants)
• You are able to communicate with a variety of people
