Job Title: Protein Conversion Lead Person – 2nd Shift
Location: Protein Conversion Plant – Edinburg, VA
Position Summary:
Individual will be responsible for leading the department and assisting supervisor in daily operations of the Protein Conversion plant.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Supervisor/Lead Person experience preferred
- Must have at least 5 years of Protein Conversion Experience
Skill Summary:
- Must be able to drive a straight gear truck
- Willing to learn to operate all systems and machinery and make quick decisions
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
- Excellent attendance (4 points or less), safety and work record
- Ability to work without direct supervision
