Description

• Receive finished product and place in designated cooler locations
• Ensure proper FIFO(First In, First Out) rotation of all product 
• Verify product labels, dates, and quantities for accuracy
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler storage areas
• Monitor cooler temperatures and report deviations immediately 
• Remove damaged, expired ,or non-conforming product 
• Communicate  over-runs and product that is unable to ship
• Operate pallet jack 
• Follow all food safety, USDA and company policies
• Keep aisles clear and maintain safe working conditions

• Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs 
• Frequent bending ,reaching, and pulling
• Work in cold wet environment 
• Ability to push/pull pallet jack

• Maintain proper product rotation
• Ensure cooler organization at all times 
• Minimize product damage and loss
• Support production flow efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory handling
