Hours: 1st Shift

7 am – 4:30 pm (flexible as needed)

INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY

Duties:

• Process paperwork from the production floor
• Typing data from NSIS program
• Organize HACCP data
• Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program
• Prepare final reports from the data collected
• Be able to analyze and trend data accurately
• Be part of any internal/3rd party audits
• Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports
• Organize USDA reports
• Any other duties assigned by management
• Learn Food Safety Programs
• Create reports and distribute to all departments
• Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs

• Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)
