Off-Duty Active Police Officer Hourly

Responsibilities:
- Act in accordance with the state and federal law as per departmental policies and associated training
- Performs general law enforcement duties including patrolling, checking property, maintaining order and public safety
- Issues traffic and parking citations per company policy
- Conduct Investigations
- Responds to and assists in all medical emergencies
- Assists in conducting fire drills and evacuating buildings
- Provides security escorts for personnel
- Attends required periodic training sessions
- Performs other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience/ Qualifications:
- Active Duty Post Certified Law Enforcement Officer required
- Required Licensing as necessary per state guidelines
- Knowledge of Law enforcement procedures
- Skills:
- Skill and Ability to follow up with investigations
- Ability to make law enforcement related decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical requirements:
- The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be exposed to an office environment, the parking lot and possibly the production environment in case of emergencies. The production environment consists of wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the production environment is usually loud.
- Applicant must also be able to do the following
- Sitting 70% on the time and standing 30%
- Workable used of both hands and able to grasp
- Good eye sight (with or without corrective lens)
- Able to perform repetitive task
- Able to walk,stand,reach,bend,climb,push,pull and stoup.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs in weight
