• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel (AS400, RS6000, Red Prairie)

• Write legibly

• Math skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create daily yield reports
• Balance cattle book (weekly & monthly)
• Create daily P&L for slaughter
• Create weekly By-Product Production Analysis (BPPA)
• Create weekly Value-Added P&L
• Handle USDA mandatory pricing audits
