Job Description
 
The TQM Specialist will be focused on implementing standardization techniques across the Facility. Be responsible for a 5S, KPI’s planning implementation, audits, cost tracking results follow up and overall management. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, proficient excel skills, the ability to work effectively with various departments, and a strong sense of determination.   
 
Basic Activities
 
  • Acts in the Quality Management tools execution in their unity.
  • Supports the set-up of those tools, the goals measurement and track performance.
  • Be involved in the Matrix Budgeting; follow up, abnormalities treatment, visual management execution, standardization process, etc.
  • Be responsible for 5S planning & execution, audits, results follow up.
  • Be responsible for routine Management execution, follow up, abnormalities treatment, visual management execution standardization process, etc.
  • Supports to follow up the action plans and to update the PDCA Projects roll out.
  • Analyzing data from the Process, organizing, and presenting results in a clear and useful way (graphs, reports, presentations, etc.).
  • Maintaining close working relationships with the General Manager and other plant management personnel.
  • Outstanding professional development opportunities.
  • Be the trainer of the Quality Systems Tools for all people involved in their facility.
 
 
Required Abilities / Skills
 
  • TQM person must be a specialist in PDCA method.
  • Must be a good communicator, negotiator and able to be a trainer
  • Presents strong computer proficiency with MS Office Package.
(specifically, Microsoft Excel) 
  • Must have a good sense of organization and good follow up management.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodology 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt  
  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment 
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
