Hours: Mon- Fri 2pm-Finish
RESPONSIBILITIES
- tracking trailer status and use
- assigning trailers to loads
- communicating load status to carriers
- Contacting carriers for deliveries as needed
- tracking storage trailer use and rotation
- coordinating with Security on inbound and outbound loads
- assisting in any trailer traffic issues
- reporting trailer status to corporate
- tracking claims
- minimizing deficit freight on loads
- All other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer skills and ability to learn new programs – Excel, Word, SAP, etc.
- customer service skills
- Phone skills
- Self-motivated
