What will you be doing?

HR Operations Specialist will provide remote support to the very busy Europe HR team in the UK from both a generalist and projects perspective, working to deliver an empowered global work environment where strong performance is recognised and rewarded.


You will own daily HR operational support, including background screening, onboarding, probationary reviews and offboarding (incl. exit interview administration) daily PO & invoice management and more. You will manage employee documentation including but not limited to Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, Reference Letters, Pension enrolment documentation, various benefits etc. You will be responsible for the maintenance of accurate and up to date workforce data on our HR System - Workday and internal database – SharePoint.


You will be professional, confident and approachable in building relationships of trust across the company, delivering an efficient and high-quality service to employees and managers. You will take pride in ensuring that HR data is always accurate, up-to-date, and that the business is supported by HR in a timely and efficient manner.


What we’re looking for in you:


  • 3+ years in a similar role, a degree in HR, Business or Social Sciences is preferred.
  • Experience administering HR Systems such as Workday or similar.
  • Experience providing HR support and advice in a fast-paced international organisation and the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in improving our HR systems and day-to-day running of HR.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday to Friday; 11:00-20:00 with 1 hour for lunch
