Job Purpose:  

This is an exciting role which reports into the VP, Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting Strategic Partnership team and Sales Operations globally. You will be a part of a talented team that strive to support, identify growth opportunities, and improve processes across the sales and Marketing function globally.   


Key responsibilities:  

  • Completing scheduled reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain data completeness and data accuracy of key client data in CRM.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
  • Improve data quality and add value to internal sales database through data enrichment project.
  • Support Go-To-Market and sales territory planning process.


Skills and experience:  


  • A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Relevant working experience (2+ years) with Sales Operations, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are needed to manage and analyse large data sets.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
  • Pay attention to detail and be able to maintain high accuracy on data reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and CRM end-to-end processes.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools would be an added advantage.
