Argus seeks a strong NetSuite Administrator with skills across both Finance and Sales/Marketing. You will join the Business Systems team at a critical point in our team, as we modernize and expand the enterprise software we use. You will be the primary Business Systems contact for the Argus Americas organization, managing and resolving issues and generally supporting the organization. You will also be working on enhancements to the NetSuite platform as and when required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Form effective working relationships and build consensus for solutions
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Argus’ business
  • Map as-is and to-be processes accurately
  • Document & understand business needs
  • Write and manage, clear, testable requirements
  • Write solutions options that can be evaluated for OOTB vs config
  • Contribute to effective change management procedures
  • Run regression testing
  • Track system defects and enhancements
  • Learn to support the system configuration
  • Advocate for system usage
  • Run user training sessions
  • Execute upgrade testing with scenarios and test data
  • Write process documentation for the wider team
  • Develop reports and searches as required by the business

 

Skills & Competencies and Experiences

  • A detailed understanding of ERP with configuration experience
  • A detailed understanding of CRM business functional areas
  • Experience working with business intelligence solutions and reporting
  • Familiarity with the specification and build of workflow solutions to automate business processes
  • Experience of the configuration of NetSuite CRM and ERP systems
  • Experience of projects involving system integrations
  • Excellent oral and written documentation skills as well as effective patterns of communication with stakeholders and management
  • Good familiarity with agile project methodologies
  • Knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript
  • Proficiency in business modelling such as LucidCharts
  • Demonstrable understanding of relational databases
  • Detail oriented
  • Pro-active approach to supporting users and the team
  • Willingness to be flexible and prepared to contribute to the company

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or a related field
  • NetSuite Certification Desirable
  • Business Analysis Certification
