• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in our systems.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical or operational challenges.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to support internal teams and users.
• Collaborate with team members to document common issues and their resolutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance efficiency and problem-solving.
• Seeking a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field
• Interest in the data management field
• Self-organized and driven
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with MS Project is helpful
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
