Description

You will engage directly with executive-level stakeholders, including directors, judges, VPs, and senior leadership. Success in this role requires balancing significant preparation time, extensive travel, and shifting deadlines driven by sales demand. Responsibilities
• Travel extensively to support onsite demonstrations, conferences, trade shows, and client meetings. Current travel expectations range from approximately 50 to 75 percent, depending on sales demand.
• Deliver consultative product demonstrations of the Inmate Services platform to prospective and existing clients in both remote and onsite settings.
• Prepare and configure demo environments aligned to client discovery, operational workflows, and RFP requirements.
• Operate in a deadline-driven sales environment where priorities shift, and timelines are not self-selected.
• Lead client discussions by asking targeted questions, identifying decision makers, and aligning product capabilities to real operational challenges.
• Adapt quickly during live demonstrations and adjust presentation strategy in real time based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Manage workload independently with limited day-to-day oversight and maintain readiness for short-notice requests.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of product functionality and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate solution positioning.
Qualifications
• Experience delivering live software demonstrations or presenting complex solutions in front of external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-visibility, client-facing situations.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated self-direction and accountability in roles with significant autonomy.
• Comfort engaging with executive-level leadership and responding professionally to direct feedback or scrutiny.
• Strong written communication skills to support RFP responses and technical validation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 to 75 percent as required.
