  • Top hourly wages from $21.58 to $30.31 /hour based on experience & qualifications

  • ASE bonus, The company will pay .25 per hour in addition to hourly base wage for each Transit ASE certification  (H1 thru H8). The company will also pay a premium  $.30 per hour to a technicians that achieves  Transit ASE Master Certification.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe for our customers.

  • Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including the repair of brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs.

  • Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain records of all maintenance work completed including parts and supplies used.

  • Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required. CDL Required - We provide company PAID training to help you obtain your CDL!

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination, including a background and a drug test

  • 1+ years of automotive or diesel repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.

  • Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.

  • Drug free workplace
