Top hourly wages from $21.58 to $30.31 /hour based on experience & qualifications
Company-paid ASE testing and training materials
- ASE bonus, The company will pay .25 per hour in addition to hourly base wage for each Transit ASE certification (H1 thru H8). The company will also pay a premium $.30 per hour to a technicians that achieves Transit ASE Master Certification.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Major Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe for our customers.
Diagnose and perform accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including the repair of brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs.
Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain records of all maintenance work completed including parts and supplies used.
Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license required. CDL Required - We provide company PAID training to help you obtain your CDL!
Ability to pass a DOT physical examination, including a background and a drug test
1+ years of automotive or diesel repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.
Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.
