Transdev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy, building a pipeline of candidates, and building strong relationships for multiple locations across the U.S.
This position will be based in Lombard, IL with travel expected to locations as needed.
 
The salary range for this position is $60,000k-$69,000k.

Responsibilities:  
  • Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff, and leadership. 
  • Assists with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area. 
  • Serves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process.  
  • Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner. 
  • Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users. 
  • Reports weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area. Attends regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates. 
  • Ensures recruiting and hiring practices comply with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements. 
Requirements:  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruiting experience, preferably in a search firm environment. 
  • Knowledge and experience in using and teaching Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • High sense of urgency, with efficient time management skills
