PURPOSE

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Stylists Team with a strong focus on people management, inventory control, and service quality. Ensure all procedures are followed, staff are well-trained, and operations run efficiently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management & Development
  • Supervise, guide, and support the Stylists Team in their daily tasks.
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and performance issues in line with company policies.
  • Lead training, onboarding, and continuous development to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure all team members are motivated and performing at their best.
Inventory Control
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Analyze usage patterns, identify risks, and optimize supply efficiency.
  • Guarantee compliance with stock-handling procedures and minimize waste.
Procedure & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and standards.
  • Propose improvements to optimize efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain and update all documentation related to operations and compliance.
Workshops & Events
  • Organize and participate in make-up and appearance workshops.
  • Support special events and activities that enhance overall presentation quality.
  • Contribute to improving customer-facing appearance and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-standard results.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, stock movements, and purchases.
  • Lead projects and initiatives that improve efficiency and team productivity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance practices and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Strong skills in inventory control and stock management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Certified make-up artist or Hairstylist (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to enforce procedures.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and company standards.

WORK CONDITIONS: Work schedule: 8/9 hours/day, Monday till Friday, 5 days/week, with 1 hour of break included , office work.
