Job Description

We are expanding our Central Europe Sales Team and are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to manage large OEM customers in Germany.
The successful candidate is self-motivated, proactive and energetic with an ambitious approach and persistence to achieve the organization’s goals for the territory.
The individual should preferably have a solid understanding of power supply topologies and should be familiar with power conversion systems and applications.

This position is based in Germany and will report to the Central Europe Regional Sales Manager.


  • Drive revenue growth in assigned Central European Key Accounts
  • Define and implement sales strategies for fast growth
  • Understand Central European market and define SAM/SoM by major market segments
  • Maximize opportunity pipeline value and drive design wins to ensure future growth
  • Work with assigned FAE resources in coordination with the Regional Manager to maximize design wins and revenue growth
  • Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach and understanding competition
  • Keep CRM up to date
  • Regularly meet with the Key Accounts and join visits with other Team members when needed
  • Work in a multi-ethnical international Team
  • Prepare and present presentations to customers and PI Management
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory and key accounts
  • This is a customer facing role, regular travel is a requirement


  • Sc. Electronics Engineering or similar engineering discipline or BS in Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar Sales role in the electronics industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and keen commercial awareness
  • European Driving License
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
