Product Engineer

Job Description:
- Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production. Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement. Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.

Requirements
- BS, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MS preferred
- Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test
- Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS
- Experience with yield analysis software/database
- Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test
- Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus
- Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired
Pay: Up to $105K, commensurate with exoperience
