Regional Sales Manager

Work Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:

  • Accountable for driving sales in assigned key accounts (OEMs+ODMs) in China.

    • In-depth comprehension of the company's business model, its evolving needs, and the role of technology in achieving and enhancing its strategic position and competitive advantage.

    • Capable of leading key accounts and steering performance towards achieving mutually agreed-upon objectives, even when facing setbacks and unexpected challenges.

    • Articulates the vision of PI's technological excellence both internally and externally, instilling confidence and enthusiasm among customers and business partners.
  • Cultivates and sustains strong customer relationships.
  • Formulates and executes sales strategies, identifies decision-makers, and influences customers to choose Power Integrations' products and solutions.
  • Contributes to achieving sales targets, budget objectives, and market share growth for these accounts.
  • Promotes Power Integrations' full suite of products and collaborates with Power Integrations' marketing and FAE teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and add value.
  • Manages ongoing projects and identifies new areas for collaboration with customers, working closely with Market Development, Product Marketing, and Applications Engineering teams.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the customer profile, including key personnel, as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS data.
  • Assists customers with samples and order follow-up, collecting and elevating information on customer needs and market trends.

Qualification:

  • Minimal 12 years’ experiences in sales/or related experience in Semiconductor industry;
  • Bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering or related field;
  • Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry, AC-DC& Appliances is a plus;
  • English and local language proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
