Work Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
- Accountable for driving sales in assigned key accounts (OEMs+ODMs) in China.

- Articulates the vision of PI's technological excellence both internally and externally, instilling confidence and enthusiasm among customers and business partners.
- Cultivates and sustains strong customer relationships.
- Formulates and executes sales strategies, identifies decision-makers, and influences customers to choose Power Integrations' products and solutions.
- Contributes to achieving sales targets, budget objectives, and market share growth for these accounts.
- Promotes Power Integrations' full suite of products and collaborates with Power Integrations' marketing and FAE teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements and add value.
- Manages ongoing projects and identifies new areas for collaboration with customers, working closely with Market Development, Product Marketing, and Applications Engineering teams.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the customer profile, including key personnel, as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS data.
- Assists customers with samples and order follow-up, collecting and elevating information on customer needs and market trends.
Qualification:
- Minimal 12 years’ experiences in sales/or related experience in Semiconductor industry;
- Bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering or related field;
- Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry, AC-DC& Appliances is a plus;
- English and local language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
